'Tis the Season To Be Wealthy

Jesus who created everything and owns everything became a poor, humble man, that we might be rich and enter the kingdom of heaven. Not for earthly riches, but for eternal riches.

2 Corinthians 8:9

to us a son is given,

Anyone without the Lord Jesus is poor. Anyone with Jesus is rich. Add up everything you have that money cannot buy and that death cannot take away and you will know just how rich you are. You will never truly enjoy the things that money can buy until you first of all you possess the things money cannot buy. Jesus is the only one who can make something out of nothing ... and He cannot make anything out of you until you admit you are nothing.

New Blog Site: Share the Free Gift

This is a new site dedicated to promoting the gospel of Jesus Christ. My hope is that this will be a site blessed by God that encourages The Great Commission Jesus talked about in Matthew 28:19. The truth of God is in our hands, in our minds & hearts. We just now need to share it with the whole world! People without Christ are living in darkness. They have no eternal hope and no direction for what to do with the problems of life. We need to be sure we do not act like the pharisees and look down on others as if we are better than they are. We just need to explain that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Introduce them to Jesus who is the answer to their problems. The world tries to provide it's solutions, but Jesus is the truth, the life and the way.

Let's pray this type of mentality does not play out someday in America. With socialism on the rise and our government retaining more power in this new administration, the prospect of this happening in America is becoming a possibility.
